On-Line Drafting specializes in custom homes, remodels, additions and light commercial design, as well
as custom drafting. We are an independently owned and operated business working to satisfy the needs of individual
home owners as well as builders. Since we are not affiliated with any builder, lumber yard, or supplier, we are able to develop plans that are cost efficient to build with efficient use of materials.

Custom design - Plans are developed to your specifications. We do not sell stock plans; we work
closely with our clients to achieve highly detailed customization.

Industry-standard quality - We use AutoCAD® software for a fast and accurate product or design of
outstanding quality. AutoCAD® is recognized by national architectural and construction industries,
and allows designs to be quickly exchanged for both bidding and building purposes. View an example of our floor plans.

Quick turn-around time - The length of time waiting for your drawings is cut to a minimum, usually
only a few days. This is often faster than ordering stock plans from across the country.

Follow-up services - After the initial plans have been completed, revisions and reversals are easy.
